What insurance do you take?

We currently are accepting patients with:Aetna, Cigna, Emblem GHI, Empire UHC, Excellus BCBS, Humana, Martin's Point, Medicare, Multiplan, MVP, POMCO, Today's Option, Tricare, and UHC. ​

Where are you located?​

We are located in the medical summit, inside the LaSur Medical building. From Route 11, turn onto Summit Drive. Take the third left onto Summit View Blvd. Take the only left turn to get into our parking lot.

What is your stance on vaccinations/ do you see unvaccinated children?
